A substantial level of preparation has already taken place for the FAAC Simply Automatic / Sligo Park Hotel Stages Rally 2025 which this year takes place on the slightly later date of Sunday July 20th. Clerk of the Course for this year’s event, Ultan Mc Gowan has selected a loop of classic stages which have not been used for a number of years but historically have been both appealing and challenging to the competitor. The three-by-three stage loop will see much of the activities on the Sunday centred around the intersection of the N4 and the N17 at Collooney. Ultan as a competitor himself is very conscious of providing a competitor focused event so he will be putting every effort streamline the interaction with the organization of the event.

As is the trend with all National Rallies to date, high level of entries is expected therefore the entry criteria regarding valid entries and withdrawals will be strictly enforced in fairness to both fellow competitors and the organisers.
The event is a counting round of the Triton Showers National, the Sligo Pallets Border, and the Top Part West Coast Championships. It’s also a round of the Dacia Sandero Challenge Cup, a production class designed to give new entrants into the sport and existing competitors an affordable and practical way to participate in the National Championship.
